About RTT-1 (Eleanor)

RTT-1 (Eleanor) is Grann Pharmaceuticals' investigational mRNA lipid nanoparticle (LNP) protein replacement therapy being developed for the treatment of Rett syndrome. The therapy is designed to deliver messenger RNA (mRNA) that enables cells to produce the functional protein needed to address the underlying cause of the disease.

RTT-1 (Eleanor) Trials

Grann Pharmaceuticals is currently accepting inquiries from families and treating physicians who may be interested in Single-Patient Expanded Access for RTT-1 (Eleanor).

Expanded Access is a regulatory pathway that may allow eligible patients with serious or life-threatening diseases to receive an investigational therapy outside of a clinical trial when certain medical and regulatory requirements are met.
